Use data-driven methods to determine within the assigned territory, which high schools, cities and fairs in which to recruit.
Chart and execute own travel schedule, including out-state and out of state travel
Continuously connect and communicate with students and families during on/off site campus recruitment events, including on-site visits. Coordinate and facilitate group presentations at various admission events.
Advise and provide follow up to students in a variety of ways on admission requirements, transfer guidelines, financial aid and scholarship information, residential life, orientation, etc.
Read admission files, including: reviewing admission applications, evaluating credentials and making admission decisions for assigned territory.
Partner with community and alumni organization that assist with the recruitment of students.
Assist colleagues as needed to contribute to team goals and assist in event preparation.
Initiate, plan, and execute special projects in conjunction with the goals and objectives of the office.
Should have core experience in managing the Admission process in University or group of colleges or similar institutes.
Skill in prioritizing the task. Excellent time management.
Fluency in regional language as well as English & Hindi is desirable.
