1. Appointing good CNF/SS/Distributors/MDs

2. Visiting Market and Maintaining DSR during working in market on a Daily Basis
3. Daily Reports through whatsapp/SMS or Mail in Prescribed Format
4. Training, Developing and Motivating SO/SR/DSR
5.Achieving Primary and Secondary Sales Targets
6.Handling Channel Partners and front-line team
7. Maintaining FMFO at all levels
8. Maintaining minimum 15 days stock at Distributor point
9 Conducting Daily Meetings and Weekly Training for SO/SR/DSR
11. Responsible for Market Execution and Territory Growth
12. Monitoring individual SO/SR/DSR performance on weekly basis and helping them achieve their target
