· Coordinating office activities

· Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

· Tele-Calling

· Product Packaging

· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Requirements:

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities (English Must)

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills

· Familiarity with office management procedures

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Any Graduate with fluent English (Prefer: Schooling in English Medium)

· Experience (0-2 Years – Female Candidate)
